Released to coincide with the permanent SEEING/WATCHING installation at Changsha IFS in Hunan, the plush pairs Companion and BFF arm-in-arm, sized at about 16 inches and produced in a soft “rice boa” polyester. It came boxed with a numbered tag and stitched foot details, and sat at the center of a small merch range (tees, tote, glass sets) created around the sculpture’s debut.

The roll-out opened via an online pre-sale on April 25, 2018 (10 p.m. ET) / April 26, 2018 (10 a.m. HKT) through DDT Store, followed by a pop-up at Changsha IFS. A 5.5-inch plush keychain version launched alongside the main plush. Retail for the 16-inch plush was $230 USD, and the drop sold through quickly.
