KAWS: Sacher Torte was released on May 19, in partnership with Sacher Hotels and the Original Sacher Torte

Hotel Sacher, the historic Vienna institution behind the Original Sacher-Torte, tapped KAWS for its 2026 Artists' Collection — an annual series in which a contemporary artist is invited to reimagine the brand's iconic wooden box packaging as a limited-edition collectible. Now in its eighteenth year, the collection has featured work from Georg Baselitz, Robert Longo, Erwin Wurm, and Katherine Bernhardt, among others.
