Chul‑Su stepped off the screen when KAWS revealed a towering vinyl figure echoing the Squid Game final season’s mysterious guardian from the Jope Rope scene. Clad in the striped shirt and baseball hat from the show, the figure wears gloved hands over its eyes, and replaces the doll’s face with a Companion skull and crossed-out eyes. The pose feels both eerie and symbolic, channeling power and anonymity in equal measure. Measurements speak volumes too: roughly 15 inches tall, with articulated arms to replicate the cover-face position, this design balances character homage with KAWS’s own sculptural fluency.
Released June 19 via DDT Store, color and monotone—includes a certified NFC authenticity chip and was priced at HK$2,500 (about $320).
