KAWS:HOLIDAY Thailand transformed Sanam Luang in Bangkok into a surreal landscape from May 13 to 25, 2025, with an 18-meter Companion seated on the Earth while holding a glowing Moon and a smaller Companion in its lap. Situated next to the Grand Palace, the public sculpture referenced Thai tradition and mandala symbolism, celebrating the passing down of care and continuity across generations.

To coincide with the public display, a companion vinyl figure was released through SIWILAI Store, Central Embassy, DDT Store, and KAWSONE on May 13. Measuring about 11 inches tall, it came in three colorways—brown, grey, and black—with a built‑in NFC chip and a fluorescent moon piece. Priced at $380, the piece arrived in packaging that echoed the festival atmosphere and served as a tangible link between Thailand’s cultural heritage and KAWS’s global art journey
