In 2026, KAWS and Uniqlo’s UT line introduced three new KAWS Characters to his evolving “universe,” as the aptly named title for the collection would suggest - KAWS: Universe at Uniqlo. The new plushes feature a moon, a sun, and an earth, all with KAWS Signature XX eyes.

Plush Release (2026)
The plush were positioned as bag charms, with each having a keychain top so they can be clipped to a bag. The plush charms also came along with a merch collection from Uniqlo, featuring t-shirts and hoodies of the new characters interacting with his Companion character. All items released at once on Uniqlos site and in stores on September 14th, 2026.

Pricing & Collectibility
Retail was $19.99 for each plush, or $60 for the whole set. The plush are still currently available as of this writing (September 16th, 2026)

Why It Matters
This collaboration showed how a mass retailer could again yield a clean, collectible object that fits neatly into a KAWS collector universe, while also expanding upon it. As KAWS often references Earth and Moon in his works (See The Promise, Holiday: Thailand and Holiday: Shanghai), this new lineup makes total sense as additions to KAWS world.
